1. Our Services

WORLDKA provides digital content recharge services for live streaming platforms, including:

  • BIGO Live diamond recharge
  • Meoo Live recharge (coming soon)

Our services allow you to purchase digital credits (diamonds) for your accounts on supported platforms. We act as an authorized reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to BIGO Live or any other platform.

2. Account Requirements

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid account on the respective platform (BIGO Live, etc.)
  • Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
  • Not create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your platform accounts and for all activities that occur under your accounts.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

By placing an order through our website, you make an offer to purchase the selected digital content. Orders are confirmed when you complete the payment process.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on our website include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Payment Methods

3.4 Failed Payments

4. Delivery

Instant Delivery: Digital content (diamonds) will be credited to your specified platform account within 1-30 minutes after payment confirmation in most cases.

Delivery times may vary due to:

  • Payment verification processes
  • Platform server maintenance or issues
  • High order volumes during peak times
  • Incorrect user ID provided by the customer

Important: You must provide the correct platform user ID. Once diamonds are credited to an account, we cannot reverse or refund the transaction.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

5.1 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds once the digital content has been delivered to your account. All sales are final unless:

  • The digital content was not delivered to your account
  • You received incorrect or defective content
  • The transaction was processed incorrectly due to our error

5.2 Cancellation

You may request to cancel an order before the digital content is delivered. To request cancellation, please contact our support team immediately via Telegram or WhatsApp.

5.3 Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of the order. We will investigate and respond within 3 business days.

6. User Conduct

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account
  • Use automated systems or bots to access our website
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers
  • Create multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or discounts

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WORLDKA and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of our services
